Non API integration - can a csv file be uploaded into New as it was in Classic?

Hi nice people at Liquid Planner,

We are working with one of your customers (Pinnacle Metal Products), who are looking to integrate information from our TCP Software solution into LP. (We are a time and attendance solution). We aren't sure if they are Classic or New, and I saw in your documentation that you can import a csv file into classic, but wasn't sure if you could in New or if integration was just limited to the API. Can you let me know? Thanks!
